Ingredients
  

Mocktail Base
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 6-8 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp culinary lavender
  • 0.5 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3-4 tbsp honey or simple syrup
  • 2 cups sparkling water chilled

Method
 

  1. Steep lavender in hot water for 5–7 minutes, strain and cool.
  2. Muddle blueberries and basil in pitcher.
  3. Add lemon juice and sweetener, stir well.
  4. Add lavender infusion and mix.
  5. Strain if desired, add sparkling water just before serving, pour over ice.

Notes

Adjust lavender carefully to avoid overpowering flavor. Always use culinary-grade lavender.
