Main
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 package Boursin cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
  2. Make roux with butter and flour.
  3. Whisk in milk until thickened.
  4. Add Boursin and cheeses, stir until smooth.
  5. Combine pasta with sauce and serve.

Notes

Add milk when reheating for creaminess.
