  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 0.75 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Cook potatoes until tender and lightly golden.
