  • 12 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked brisket chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook macaroni until al dente and drain.
  2. Prepare cheese sauce with butter, flour, milk, and cream.
  3. Melt cheese into sauce and season.
  4. Fold in brisket and pasta.
  5. Serve or bake until bubbly.

Notes

Add a splash of milk when reheating to restore creaminess.
