- Mix browned butter with sugars until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and espresso powder.
- Fold in dry ingredients and toffee bits.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until set on edges.
Notes
Slightly underbake for soft centers and gooey toffee.
