Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, cocoa powder, and chia seeds.
  2. Stir in milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  3. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Stir and serve cold or slightly warmed.

Notes

Add a splash of milk before serving if thicker than desired.
