Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1.5 cups tomatoes diced and drained
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Mix cheeses and seasonings and form into a ball.
  2. Chill until firm.
  3. Prepare bruschetta topping.
  4. Top cheese ball and serve.

Notes

Add bruschetta topping just before serving for best texture.
