  • 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough cut into pieces
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss biscuits with pizza sauce, oil, and seasonings.
  4. Stir in cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Transfer mixture to baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake uncovered until biscuits are puffed and golden.
