  • 0.5 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
Toppings
  • 0.5 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 0.25 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Parchment paper

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing mix until thoroughly incorporated.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into individual rounds and flatten each piece to approximately 4-5 inches in diameter.
  4. Place about 2 tablespoons of buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each flattened dough round.
  5. Gather dough edges up and around the filling, pinching firmly to seal completely, then roll between palms to create a smooth ball.
  6. Place each bomb seam-side down on prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  7. Brush tops generously with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown, rotating pan halfway through for even browning.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing, sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and green onions, and serve warm.

Notes

Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake. Freeze unbaked bombs for up to 3 months. Great for meal prep and reheats well in the oven or air fryer.
