Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Slice kielbasa into bite-sized rounds.
  2. Combine brown sugar, honey, mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper in a saucepan.
  3. Heat over medium until sugar dissolves.
  4. Add kielbasa and stir to coat.
  5. Simmer 15–20 minutes until glaze thickens.
  6. Serve warm with toothpicks.

Keep warm in a slow cooker for serving.
