Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 apples peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce for topping

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add heavy cream and whip until fluffy.
  2. Spread cheesecake mixture into a serving bowl.
  3. Cook apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until tender.
  4. Spoon apple mixture over cheesecake layer and drizzle with caramel sauce.

Notes

Serve chilled or at room temperature with apple slices or cookies.
