Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb pork shoulder cubed
  • 6 dried red chile pods
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano

Method
 

  1. Prepare red chile sauce by blending softened chiles with spices.
  2. Brown pork lightly in oil.
  3. Add sauce and broth, simmer covered until tender.

Notes

Flavor improves after resting overnight.
