Method
- Heat coconut milk and water in saucepan over medium heat.
- Add spices and simmer gently for 8–10 minutes.
- Add tea bag if using and steep 3–4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in sweetener.
- Strain into mugs and serve warm.
Notes
Do not boil to prevent coconut milk separation. Adjust sweetness and spice strength to preference.
