Method
- Heat water until hot but not boiling.
- Place chamomile flowers and lavender buds into a tea infuser or mug.
- Pour hot water over the herbs.
- Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Remove the herbs or strain the tea.
- Stir in honey and lemon juice if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy before bedtime.
Notes
Use culinary lavender and avoid adding too much to prevent bitterness. Adjust honey and lemon according to taste.
