Method
- Combine ground beef, seasoning, and BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Cube cheddar cheese and set aside.
- Shape meat around cheese cubes into balls.
- Wrap each ball with bacon.
- Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 20 minutes.
- Brush bacon bombs with BBQ glaze and bake 10–12 minutes more.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with extra BBQ sauce or ranch dressing.
