Ingredients
  

Bacon Bombs
  • 1.5 lb ground beef 80/20
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 lb bacon regular cut
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce mixed into beef
Glaze
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Combine ground beef, seasoning, and BBQ sauce in a bowl.
  2. Cube cheddar cheese and set aside.
  3. Shape meat around cheese cubes into balls.
  4. Wrap each ball with bacon.
  5. Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 20 minutes.
  6. Brush bacon bombs with BBQ glaze and bake 10–12 minutes more.
  7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with extra BBQ sauce or ranch dressing.
