Method
- Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet until browned, then drain excess grease.
- Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Stir and cook 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in diced pickles and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place filling in egg roll wrappers, fold sides, roll tightly, and seal with water.
- Fry at 350°F (175°C) until golden, about 3–4 minutes.
- Drain on a wire rack and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
Cool the filling before rolling to prevent wrapper tearing. Use a wire rack to maintain crispiness.
