Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 0.75 cup carrots diced
  • 0.75 cup celery diced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef and set aside.
  2. Cook vegetables in butter until softened.
  3. Add flour, broth, potatoes, and simmer until tender.
