Ingredients
  

Crescent Roll Layers
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz each)
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Press one can of crescent roll dough into the bottom of the dish, sealing seams.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the bottom dough layer.
  5. Top with second crescent roll sheet and seal edges.
  6. Pour melted butter over top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  7. Bake for 28–35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with honey or caramel if desired.

Notes

For a flavor twist, add a layer of fruit jam, lemon zest, or chocolate chips before baking.
