Ingredients
  

  • 1 French or Italian loaf
  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1.5 cups provolone cheese shredded
  • 4 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

  1. Cook beef in a skillet until just browned.
  2. Sauté peppers and onions until softened.
  3. Stuff beef mixture into loaf and top with cheese.
  4. Brush with garlic butter.
  5. Bake covered, then uncovered until golden and melted.
