Bread
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice bread and place on baking sheet.
  3. Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and seasoning.
  4. Spread mixture on bread.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until melted.

Notes

Broil briefly for a crispy golden top.
