Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Brown beef and cook onion and garlic.
  2. Simmer potatoes in broth until tender.
  3. Stir in dairy and cheese until creamy.
