Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese mozzarella or cheddar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice cauliflower into thick steaks, keeping core intact.
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil and season evenly.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, flip, then roast 10 more minutes.
  5. Top with cheese and bake until melted and bubbly.

Notes

Best served hot. Customize with herbs or spices as desired.
