Ingredients
  

Blondie Batter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract and whisk until creamy.
  4. In another bowl whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in rainbow sprinkles and optional white chocolate chips.
  7. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  8. Bake 20–24 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
  9. Cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

Do not overbake to maintain the chewy blondie texture.
