Method
- Toss chicken with cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Rest 10 minutes.
- Whisk remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and chicken broth.
- Stir fry broccoli in hot oil 3–4 minutes; remove.
- Cook chicken until nearly done.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook 30 seconds.
- Return broccoli and add sauce; cook until thickened.
Notes
Slice chicken thinly against the grain for tenderness. Do not overcook broccoli.
