- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until chunky but spreadable.
- Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocado and mix well.
- Season the cooked chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper if needed.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them more pliable for wrapping.
- Spread avocado mixture down the center of each tortilla, leaving borders on all sides.
- Layer chicken, lettuce, tomato, and red onion over the avocado mixture.
- Add a thin layer of mayonnaise if desired for extra creaminess.
- Fold the bottom edge over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly from bottom to top.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap tightly for later.
Notes
For best results, use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Wraps can be made ahead but are best consumed within 24 hours. Add hot sauce or jalapeƱos for extra kick.
