Ingredients
  

Meatloaf
  • 1.5 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare baking dish.
  2. Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Add cheeses and bacon and mix gently.
  4. Stir in egg, milk, onion, and garlic.
  5. Shape into loaf and place in baking dish.
  6. Bake 40–45 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Rest before slicing and serving.

Notes

Do not overmix to keep the meatloaf tender. Let rest before slicing for best texture.
