- Whisk all chow mein sauce ingredients together and set aside.
- Cook chow mein noodles according to package directions and drain.
- Heat oil in a wok and cook chicken until just done. Remove.
- Stir-fry cabbage and carrots briefly in the same pan.
- Return chicken and add noodles.
- Pour in sauce and toss until glossy and evenly coated.
- Add green onions, season if needed, and serve hot.
