Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Toppings
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all crust ingredients until combined.
  3. Press mixture into pizza shape on baking sheet.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and firm.
  5. Add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  6. Bake again 8–10 minutes until cheese melts.
