Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 3 chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 3 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Equipment

  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Mixing bowls
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease baking dish.
  2. Season chicken with oil and spices.
  3. Toss in sliced peppers and onion.
  4. Spread mixture in baking dish and top with cream cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle cheeses evenly over top.
  6. Bake 30–35 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve.

Notes

For extra heat, add jalapeños or Pepper Jack cheese.
