  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup fresh basil chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic in butter.
  4. Add cream and simmer.
  5. Stir in parmesan and basil.
  6. Return chicken and simmer briefly.
  7. Serve warm.

Add spinach or mushrooms for variation.
