Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs
  • 0.5 cup yogurt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Skillet or grill pan
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Cook chicken in a skillet or oven until fully cooked.
  4. Rest and slice into thin strips.
  5. Serve in wraps or bowls with toppings.

Notes

Marinate overnight for best flavor.
