Chicken Marinade
  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
Garlic Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with spices and yogurt.
  2. Cook chicken until charred and cooked through.
  3. Rest and slice chicken.
