  • 5 poblano peppers
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Roast and peel poblano peppers.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic.
  3. Add broth, chicken, and spices.

Notes

Do not boil after adding cream to maintain smooth texture.
