Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup milk warm
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
Filling
  • 100 g chocolate chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, oil, and vanilla. Knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Let dough rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled.
  4. Divide dough into portions and flatten.
  5. Add chocolate filling and seal into balls.
  6. Let rest for 20 minutes.
  7. Steam for 10–12 minutes and rest before opening.

Notes

Best served warm for gooey chocolate center.
