- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugars; add eggs, vanilla, and milk.
- Mix in dry ingredients and spread batter into pan.
- Mix cinnamon swirl ingredients and swirl into batter.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until set.
- Beat icing ingredients until smooth and spread on bars.
Notes
Ice while warm for gooey glaze or when cooled for thicker frosting.
