Ingredients
  

Banana Chips
  • 3 bananas firm ripe
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Slice bananas thinly and evenly.
  3. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Toss banana slices with oil and cinnamon-sugar.
  5. Air fry in single layer 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Cool completely before storing.

Notes
