Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas ripe but firm
  • 1.5 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • cooking spray or neutral oil optional

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Sharp knife
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas thinly and evenly.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Lightly coat banana slices with oil or spray if desired.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar.
  5. Arrange slices in a single layer in air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry at 350°F (175°C), flipping halfway, until crisp.
  7. Cool completely before serving or storing.

Notes

Chips crisp up more as they cool. Do not overcrowd basket.
