- Slice bananas thinly and evenly.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Lightly coat banana slices with oil or spray if desired.
- Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C), flipping halfway, until crisp.
- Cool completely before serving or storing.
Notes
Chips crisp up more as they cool. Do not overcrowd basket.
