- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon for topping. Brush melted butter over batter, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until edges are set and lightly golden. Cool completely before cutting.
Notes
For extra flavor, brown the butter before using. Store in airtight container for up to one week. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
