Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Thai tea leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar or to taste
  • 0.75 cup coconut milk full-fat
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Equipment

  • Saucepan or kettle
  • Strainer
  • Tall glasses

Method
 

  1. Steep Thai tea leaves in boiling water until very strong, then strain and sweeten.
  2. Cool tea and pour over ice in tall glasses.
  3. Mix coconut milk with condensed milk and pour over tea.
  4. Garnish with coconut macaron and serve.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste and serve immediately for best layering.
