Chocolate Mousse
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk chilled overnight
  • 1 cup dark chocolate melted
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey to taste

Method
 

  1. Chill coconut milk overnight without shaking.
  2. Scoop solid coconut cream into a bowl.
  3. Add melted chocolate and sweetener.
  4. Whip until smooth and fluffy.
