Ingredients
  

Main
  • 2 lbs potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 cups cabbage or kale chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 green onions chopped

  • Skillet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Potato masher

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy.
  3. Sauté greens in bacon fat.
  4. Mash potatoes with butter and milk.
  5. Mix in greens and bacon.

Notes

Serve warm with extra butter on top.
