Dip Base
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup salsa
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
Toppings
  • 0.5 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 0.25 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese, taco seasoning, salsa, and lime juice until completely smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  4. Top with shredded cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.

Notes

Use full-fat cottage cheese for the creamiest texture.
