- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
- Whisk in Dijon mustard, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Add paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper, whisking to combine.
- Remove from heat and stir in parsley and chives.
- Serve immediately as a dipping or drizzling sauce.
Notes
For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne. For a smoother texture, strain out the garlic.
