- Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, Worcestershire, and barbecue sauce.
- Form into 12 small patties.
- Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side in a skillet or on a grill.
- Add half-slices of cheddar during the final minute of cooking to melt.
- Toast slider buns with melted butter.
- Assemble sliders with beef patty, bacon, crispy onions, jalapeños, and barbecue drizzle.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Use pepper jack for extra heat.
