Ingredients
  

Beef Sliders
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp barbecue sauce mixed into beef
Toppings
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese halved
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 0.5 cup crispy fried onions
  • jalapeños sliced
  • 0.5 cup barbecue sauce for drizzling
Buns
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Equipment

  • Skillet or grill
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, Worcestershire, and barbecue sauce.
  2. Form into 12 small patties.
  3. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side in a skillet or on a grill.
  4. Add half-slices of cheddar during the final minute of cooking to melt.
  5. Toast slider buns with melted butter.
  6. Assemble sliders with beef patty, bacon, crispy onions, jalapeños, and barbecue drizzle.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Use pepper jack for extra heat.
