Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 black tea bags or 2 tsp loose tea
  • 1 cup milk whole or preferred
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar or honey to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Boil water and steep black tea for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Warm milk gently in a saucepan without boiling.
  3. Combine tea and milk, then stir in sweetener and vanilla.
  4. Serve warm in mugs.

Notes

Use decaf tea for evening enjoyment.
