Ingredients
  

Loaf
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups cranberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately.
  3. Combine mixtures and fold in cranberries.
  4. Pour into loaf pan and bake 50–60 minutes.

Notes

Add glaze for extra sweetness and citrus flavor.
