Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 0.75 cup pecans toasted and chopped
  • 3 tbsp green onions finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in green onions, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Fold in a portion of cranberries and pecans.
  4. Shape into a ball and chill.
  5. Roll in remaining cranberries and pecans before serving.
