  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 0.5 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 0.25 cup corn syrup

Method
 

  1. Reduce juices in saucepan.
  2. Cook sugars, butter, and syrup until melted.
  3. Add cream and juice mixture, cook to 245°F.
  4. Pour into pan and cool.
  5. Cut into squares and wrap.
