Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté onion and celery until softened. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Combine turkey, stuffing, cranberries, sautéed vegetables, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in egg and broth until mixture holds together.
- Form into balls and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Brush lightly with butter or oil and bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Great for using holiday leftovers. Freeze before or after baking for convenience.
