  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.33 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  2. Add sweetener and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Mix in cocoa powder if using.
  4. Scoop mixture onto lined tray or mold.
  5. Freeze until firm.
  6. Store chilled until ready to serve.
